Vibe - From the scratch juices, syrups and ice. To the largest selection of bourbon, whiskey, tequila, gin and scotch. Our goal for y’all, is to have a cocktail experience like no other. Note - Gatsby has been temporarily taken over with Christmas cheer and changed into “Mistletoe Magic” from November 14th - December 25th.
Food - Jumbo poached prawns, house-cured charcuterie, local chocolate truffles and the #1 named caviar nationally.
Prescriptions - Layered, aromatic and visually mind-blowing. Each libation has it’s own specialty glass with labor intensive ingredients.
Boiler Room Social - Perks, perks, perks… our highly exclusive members only club within our bar. Whiskey / wine country concierge, private handmade wooden lockers stocked with your favorite spirits. Access
Reservations are recommended but not required. To reserve please click the reservations link above. For access to Gatsby, you must have a password. Call (208) 342-4800 the day you plan to visit and receive our ever changing code that is not to be shared. Once you have a password*, walk up 8th and find union alley. Look for the green light / wooden skeleton key sign and knock. Whisper the password and you’re instantly let into our library. One book will open a door that leads you back into time where music, friends and whiskey meant something.
Dress code
Hats - Unless rocking 1920/30’s, please show off those good looking heads and leave hats at home/car.
Workout / beach attire not permitted (hoodies, jerseys, flip flops, athletic wear of any kind) - Y’all put too much effort in please keep ‘em in the laundry bin. *Shorts allowed.
