Gatsby does not currently require reservations however they are encourage but not required (link at bottom of page), walk-in’s accepted if the space allows.

PASSCODE - you must call and get the passcode of the day for entry even with a reservation.

90-MINUTE RESERVATIONS are available up to 30 days in advance. The calendar is a rolling 30-day window and releases each day at noon. We do not permit back-to-back reservations for the same concept (i.e. You cannot make two reservations for Gatsby for the same evening). Your 90-minute reservation begins from the selected reservation time, not from the actual arrival time. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot guarantee late arrivals (15 minutes or more after reserved time) or an extension of time. All reservations are subject to a $25 per person charge should you no - show.

21 & OVER ONLY – Infants and accompanied minors are not permitted. All guests will be asked to provide Valid identification for entry. Failure to show a valid ID will result in denied entry.

MODIFYING RESERVATIONS DATE & TIME – To change the date, time, or cancel your current reservation, please select the CANCEL link in your reservation’s email confirmation you received. To re-book, you will have to make a new reservation on the desired day and time. Our guest service team can not modify or cancel reservations.

MODIFYING THE GUEST COUNT – Gatsby seating is limited and each table can only accommodate a specific group size. Because of this, adding guests to a reservation does have its limitations (i.e. we only take parties of up to 8 guests). Please feel free to contact out special events manager (special events) on home screen, and well do our best to accommodate your party.

TYPES OF SEATING – We have bar seating and booth / tables. Our reservation system is designed to automatically assign a seat based on availability and your party size. If you have a specific seating request, please let us know. 

HANDICAP SEATING –please notify us ahead of time should you need handicap seating accommodations.

FOOD – Charcuterie, local chocolate truffles, jumbo shrimp and caviar from our raw bar.

AUTOMATIC GRATUITY – Parties of 6 guests or more will be subject to a 20% automatic gratuity on their final bill.  

Cancellation Policy

Due to our limited seating, we ask to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
