Food - Pair your drinks with elevated bites — jumbo poached prawns, house-cured charcuterie, artisan chocolates, and nationally acclaimed caviar.

Prescriptions - Layered, aromatic and visually mind-blowing. Each libation has its own specialty glass packed with ingredients we spend way too many hours perfecting. Think liquid art.

Hidden Experiences Within Gatsby:

The Garrison Room- Inside Gatsby, lies an abandoned mine-shaft that leads you into their private tasting room. The "hooch" is kept at a consistent 46 degree for ideal tastings and the experience is a must! To book click Garrison Room above.

Boiler Room Social - Perks, perks, perks… the highly exclusive members only club within. Whiskey / wine country concierge, private handmade wooden lockers stocked with your favorite spirits. Access

You must have a password, yes even for reservations, it’s all part of the experience. Call (208) 342-4800 the day you plan to visit and receive our ever changing code (shh don’t share). Once you have a password, walk up 8th and find union alley. Look for the green light / wooden skeleton key sign and knock. Whisper the password and you’re instantly let into our library. One book will open a door that leads you back into time where music, friends and whiskey meant something.
